The Accounting and Business Office provides central accounting services for OVPR and the UGA Research Foundation (UGARF). These services include overseeing funding for start-up projects, enhanced research equipment, general research support and special funding initiatives, as well as channeling fund to researchers from the Georgia Research Alliance and the Georgia Lottery Equipment Trust. The office also processes requests for foreign travel, between-grant support and faculty research grants while serving as a point of contact for accounting services in all UGA centers and institutes.
