Stephen A. Kowalewski

For 20 years, the Mexican Valley of Oaxaca provided
Stephen Kowalewski with research and writing material. His work
examines anthropology from several perspectives, including environmental,
demographic, historical and sociological aspects. By combining these
approaches, he created a system for examining cultural information
on maps in order to track changes through time.
