The treatment of alcohol-troubled people is the focus of Paul Roman’s research.
He has served as editor-in-chief of the Journal of Employee Assistance Research, headquartered at the University. Roman’s research and service to an assortment of national groups, including the Director’s Task Force for the Sixth Annual Report to Congress on Alcohol and Health, influenced the growth of Employment Assistance Programs.
