Abstract: |
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Office on Public Health Genomics, announces the opportunity for applications in the form of cooperative agreements to conduct and evaluate programs in health education, surveillance, or policy interventions, or a combination of those programs, in large, well-defined populations or clinical practice settings in the
United States. The purpose is to help move evidence-based human genomic tests and other genomic interventions into health practice in a manner that maximizes health benefits and minimizes harm to individuals and populations.
